By anchoring our route to relaxation and recovery in the foundations of our awareness - our senses - we are able to access calm and contentment at any time, regardless of our environment.

This is a welcoming and warming short day retreat that will build your understanding around the physical and mental impact that stress has on our bodies and relationships, and provide you with tools to reduce stress and increase wellbeing through anchoring mindfulness practices to the five senses. 

You will be taken on a fascinating and introspective journey through mindfulness, having the opportunity to mix practical experimentation with conversation whilst learning more about the history and daily use of mindfulness practices. 

These special, limited availability sessions will be personally delivered by our Founder & CEO, Chelsea Yates. You can be guaranteed a fun, insightful and potentially life changing day.
